Sims 2 and Seasons
I have to say, though EA has disappointed me on other games, this is one of the most amazing games I have ever played. Seasons added a whole new dimension the the already engaging game–snow, hail, rain, thunder and lightening. Now that I’ve updated my computer, I have been able to turn up the detail settings. Not only do you have the dynamics of the characters you create, but you can drop in werewolves, vampires and a whole host of other types of odd characters to liven things up. Going on vacation, you can meet Bigfoot, the Witchdoctor and the elder of the Far East and learn to tell the dragon tale. You can also learn to travel like a Ninja. I just saw the other day that Sims 3 will come out before too long. So sorry, EA, I’m quite happy with this series–you’ve released 6 expansion packs and 5 “stuff” packs, I’ve added all of the expansion packs and 3 of the 5 “stuff” packs. I’m not about to start all over again, I’ve only filled one of the neighborhoods and haven’t even explored the other 3 AND a new neighborhood was added with Sims 2 FreeTime.
Besides, my experience with EA has been that the original release games are buggy, many things don’t work without being patched. This game finally runs really nice, so I’m not about to start testing some more of their products.
